Traditional Water Fitness

These classes utilize the water, your body, and the occasional buoyancy/resistance aid to give you an exhilarating workout.

Classes are offered on a drop-in basis at a variety of days and times. No special equipment or experience is necessary - just find the class that's right for you and get started today.

Call to confirm a scheduled class or for more information about class prices. Child care is available during some class times.

Remember, the water's unique properties make every class as intense as you want it to be. Our classes are appropriate for beginners, but can challenge even elite athletes. (The one exception is our Arthritis Aquatic Exercise class, which is designed to address joint stiffness and range of motion, rather than to provide a cardio workout.)
